Order detail

Order detail is used to review the complete information of a single trading order after it has been located in the Manager order table.

The page is mainly used by trading operations, risk, compliance, customer support, and other authorized back-office roles. It is not used to create a new trade; it is used to inspect what happened to an existing order.

By expanding the order row, the operator can view the main order fields and the sub-order records that explain how the final result was formed.

تفاصيل الطلب هي صفحة مراجعة داخل Manager فقط. يوسع المشغل صف الطلب لمراجعة عمليات الطلب الفرعية والأسعار والرسوم والربح والخسارة ووقت العملية.

Main order fields

The main order row usually shows order number, buy or sell direction, ticker, customer, quantity, open price, close price, settlement currency, margin ratio, interest ratio, fees, profit and loss, and order time.

These fields help the operator quickly understand the core attributes of the order before opening the expanded detail.

Expanded sub-order records

After expanding a row, Manager shows the operation records under the main order. A record can include operation quantity, operation price, open price, close price, open fee, close fee, flow fee, trade profit and loss, and operation time.

This structure is especially useful when an order has partial close records or multiple operation steps.

Use cases

Order detail is commonly used when a customer asks why an order generated a certain profit or loss, when risk needs to review abnormal trading behavior, or when compliance needs to confirm the order lifecycle.

Operators should compare the expanded order records with the current account status, historical order list, and other related business data when investigating disputes.

Permission control

Order details contain sensitive trading and customer information. Institutions should limit access to authorized roles and control whether users can view, expand, or export order detail data.

Different roles may see different fields depending on their permissions, such as customer identity, broker information, commission, risk transfer fee, or settlement information.

In short: order detail helps Manager users expand a specific order and verify the operation records, fees, prices, profit and loss, and final lifecycle result behind that order.

  1. Use order number, customer, market, product, or date filters to find the order that needs review.

The main order row shows the key trade fields.
  2. Open the row to inspect sub-order operation records, including operation quantity, operation price, open and close price, fees, and profit and loss.

The expanded area shows the detailed lifecycle records under the main order.
  3. Compare open price, close price, fees, flow fee, interest, and final profit and loss before responding to customer, risk, or compliance inquiries.

The team can reconstruct how the final order result was formed.
