Brand Identity
Brand Identity is used to configure the brand visual information used by the current organization in Finger Manager and related frontend products.
Administrators can maintain the organization name, brand name, logo, icon, and related content here, so that different organizations can present their own brand image externally.
01. Enter Brand Identity
Open System Settings -> Brand Identity to view and maintain the current organization's brand-related configuration.
Brand Identity is usually an organization-level setting and should be maintained by administrators with the required permissions.
02. Brand name
Administrators can set the brand name displayed externally by the current organization.
The brand name can differ from the legal company name depending on the business scenario. After it is saved, the system can call this name in locations that support brand display.
Possible brand names Company name, product brand name, broker brand name, platform name, or White Label brand name.
03. Logo
Administrators can upload the logo used by the current organization.
The logo can be used by Finger Manager, Finger Trader, login pages, navigation bars, customer pages, system notifications, email templates, White Label frontend products, and other pages that support brand display.
Upload a clear logo file with an appropriate ratio so that it displays correctly across different devices and surfaces.
04. Brand icon
In addition to the full logo, the system can also configure a brand icon for smaller display areas.
Brand icons are usually better as simplified graphic versions that remain recognizable at small sizes.
Common icon usage Browser tab icon, App icon, navigation icon, mobile shortcut icon, and internal system brand mark.
05. Frontend brand display
After Brand Identity is configured, the related information can be applied to frontend products that support brand customization.
For example, a broker can apply its own brand name, logo, and brand icon to Finger Trader or other White Label products.
The end user sees the broker's own brand instead of the default Finger Manager brand where White Label display is enabled.
06. Multi-organization brands
In a multi-organization environment, each organization can independently maintain its own Brand Identity.
For example, Organization A can use Brand A, Logo A, and Icon A, while Organization B uses Brand B, Logo B, and Icon B.
Brand configuration is independent between organizations. The same Finger Manager infrastructure can therefore support multiple different brands at the same time.
07. Edit Brand Identity
When the brand name, logo, or icon needs to be changed, administrators can edit and save the configuration directly on the Brand Identity page.
After saving, the new configuration is applied to system areas that support this brand configuration.
Some historical content, previously sent emails, or cached pages may still display the old brand information.
Use cases
Broker branding Use the broker's own visual identity in supported Manager and frontend surfaces.
White Label deployment Apply organization-specific brand visuals to White Label frontend products.
Multi-brand operations Manage multiple sub-brands under one infrastructure.
Logo replacement Update the company logo after brand refreshes or visual identity changes.
Different frontend brands Allow each organization to display its own name, logo, and icon.
Notes
When uploading a logo or brand icon, use high-quality image files and verify the result in the actual frontend surfaces if the brand is applied to App, Web, or White Label products.
Image quality checks Check transparent background, visibility on light backgrounds, visibility on dark backgrounds, small-size recognizability, and display ratio across devices.
Brand Identity is used to centrally manage the current organization's brand visual information.
Through brand name, logo, icon, and related configuration, different institutions can establish independent brand images in Finger Manager and related products, supporting White Label and multi-organization operation scenarios.
