Basic Information is used to configure the core profile of the current organization in Finger Manager.
The information configured here can be used as global base data and applied to Finger Manager, Finger Trader, notification messages, customer pages, and other connected services according to business scenarios.
Different organizations can independently configure these details according to their own brand, company entity, and business requirements.
Open System Settings -> Basic Information to view and maintain the current organization's base profile.
Basic Information is usually configured by administrators with the required system management permissions.
Administrators can maintain organization base information according to the actual situation.
Configurable fields may vary by system version and enabled services.
Basic Information is an organization-level configuration.
After it is saved, related data can be called by Finger Manager back office, Finger Trader frontend, system notifications, Email and SMS, customer service pages, brand display, generated system content, and other Finger Grid connected services.
Before production use, administrators should confirm that the information is accurate and kept up to date.
When organization details need to be updated, administrators can open Basic Information and edit the corresponding fields.
After saving, the new configuration becomes the latest base profile for the current organization.
Some historical data that has already been generated, sent, or saved may still retain the old information and may not be automatically changed after Basic Information is updated.
If one Finger Manager environment manages multiple organizations, each organization can maintain its own Basic Information.
For example, Organization A can use its own company name, contact details, official website, time zone, and language, while Organization B uses another independent configuration.
Basic Information is independent between organizations and does not overwrite other organizations' settings.
Basic Information can be shared by multiple system modules.
Before changing important information such as company name, contact details, language, or time zone, administrators should confirm the impact on existing business and frontend display.
If the organization also uses Finger Trader, Finger KYC, Finger Bridge, or other Finger Grid products, some Basic Information may also be used as the organization information source for connected services.
Basic Information is an organization-level base configuration in Finger Manager.
