Customer list
The customer list is used to view and manage customer accounts that have entered Finger Manager.
This page belongs to the Customer Management module and is mainly used by operations, customer service, compliance, and other authorized back-office users. Through the customer list, back-office users can quickly search customer records, confirm account-opening and Pilot status, and then enter customer detail for follow-up management.
صفحة قائمة العملاء مخصصة لـ Manager فقط، وتستخدم للبحث عن سجلات العملاء وفحص حالة الحساب وفتح التفاصيل أو الإجراءات المصرح بها.
Query customers
The top of the page provides multiple query fields to help back-office users quickly locate a specific customer.
For example, when a customer contacts the back office with an email address, mobile number, or customer number, the user can search with that identifier directly instead of manually browsing the full customer list.
Customer list
Query results are displayed in the customer list below the search area. The list shows basic identity information and current status so back-office users can quickly understand which stage the customer is in.
The status labels shown on the page can be configured according to the institution's own business process.
Common status meanings
The customer list may display different status values for account opening, Pilot access, or other business workflows.
Account-opening status
Account-opening status indicates the customer's current account application or onboarding stage. Back-office users can quickly distinguish stages such as Pending review -> Approved or Pending review -> Rejected.
If Finger Manager is connected to the institution's account-opening, KYC / KYB, or other review systems, related processing results can also be synchronized into the customer record for unified review.
Pilot status
Pilot status indicates whether the customer has access to a corresponding Pilot, test environment, product feature, or institution-specific configuration.
Pilot status and account-opening status can exist independently. For example, a customer may have completed account-opening review, but a specific Pilot feature is not yet enabled: Account-opening status: Approved; Pilot status: Not enabled.
This helps back-office users clearly separate the customer's account state from product or service access state.
Enter customer detail
The customer list is not only used to view basic records. Back-office users can enter a customer's detail page from the list and continue managing information related to that customer.
Which fields can be viewed or modified depends on the current back-office user's role and permissions.
Customer status management
Finger Manager keeps customer profiles and customer business status in the same back-office system.
Back-office users do not need to enter multiple systems separately to confirm who the customer is, whether account opening has passed, whether a feature is enabled, or which review stage the customer is currently in. They can make a quick judgment from the customer list and then enter customer detail for further processing.
Data export
Depending on institution configuration and the current user's permissions, the customer list can support export.
For customer data that contains personal information, whether export is allowed and which fields are included can be controlled through Finger Manager's roles and permissions system.
Permission control
The customer list contains back-office customer data, so not every Manager user can view or operate all customer information.
Institutions can configure different permissions for different roles. The same customer list page can show different data scope and available actions after different roles sign in.
In short: the customer list is the unified customer entry in Finger Manager. It is used to quickly search customers, review account-opening and product status, and enter customer detail for follow-up management.
