Brand Information
Brand Information is used to configure the public-facing brand profile of the current organization.
Finger Manager supports independent brand information for different financial institutions, brokers, or enterprises. Administrators can maintain the brand name and related base profile here, and the system can display the corresponding information in Finger Trader, Web pages, and other user-facing services according to the actual product and page.
Through Brand Information configuration, the same Finger Grid infrastructure can adapt to different institutional brand systems without changing the underlying system.
01. What Brand Information is
Brand Information is the base brand profile that the current organization presents to end users.
For example, when a broker uses Finger Manager to manage its own Finger Trader, it can set the frontend brand name and related profile to its own brand instead of Finger Grid or default system information.
Finger Manager provides the system capability, while end users can see the institution's own brand.
02. Purpose of Brand Information
After Brand Information is configured, these details can be called by related products in the Finger Grid ecosystem.
Actual display locations depend on the products and features enabled by the current institution.
Frontend products Finger Trader App, Web Trader, Desktop Trader, login and registration pages, and other user-facing interfaces that need to display institution identity.
Service and content surfaces System notifications, user service pages, brand display pages, and other connected user-facing services.
03. Configure Brand Information
Open System Settings -> Brand Information and fill in or edit the relevant content according to the current institution's actual brand profile.
After saving, the system updates the brand configuration for the current Organization.
Some client pages that are already open may need to be reloaded or require the user to sign in again before the latest content appears.
04. Organization-level independent configuration
Brand Information in Finger Manager is managed by Organization.
Different Organizations can have completely independent brand profiles.
For example, Broker A can use its own brand name, Broker B can use another brand name, and different brands under one group can use separate configurations.
Brand Information is isolated between organizations and does not affect other organizations. This allows institutions to operate multiple independent brands on the same Finger Grid infrastructure.
05. Difference from Brand Identity
Brand Information and Brand Identity together form the institution's brand configuration, but they control different content.
Brand Information mainly manages textual and base profile details, such as brand name.
Brand Identity mainly manages visual assets such as logos, App icons, brand graphics, and brand marks for different usage scenarios.
Together, these two configurations determine the institutional brand image that end users see.
06. Notes when editing Brand Information
Brand Information is a public-facing system configuration.
If the institution is already in production, changing Brand Information may affect multiple user-facing pages. Confirm the content before saving.
Before saving Confirm brand spelling, official public brand name, absence of test text or internal notes, consistency with logo and visual materials, and administrator authorization for formal operating brands.
07. Permissions
Only administrators with the required system settings permissions can view or edit Brand Information.
An enterprise can use Finger Manager roles and permissions to restrict the operating scope of different back-office members and prevent normal operators from accidentally modifying formal brand information.
Important configuration changes should be managed and tracked together with operation logs.
Brand Information is the organization-level public brand profile configuration.
It lets each institution maintain its own brand name and base brand details, while Finger Manager provides the system capability underneath.
