You must use Finger Manager lawfully, compliantly, and in good faith. Enterprise customers are responsible for managing member use under their enterprise accounts.

02Illegal uses are prohibited
You may not use Finger Manager to conduct, assist, support, or conceal unlawful or non-compliant activity.
- Fraud or false statements
- Money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions evasion
- Unauthorized regulated financial services
- Privacy or intellectual property violations
- Forged identities, documents, records, or transaction materials
03Financial-related misuse is prohibited
Finger Manager is enterprise operations management software. It does not provide brokerage, investment advisory, payment processing, custody, trade matching, or regulated financial services.
- Do not provide unauthorized financial services to end customers
- Do not use it for illegal financial product sales
- Do not mislead customers about Sargia Inc. services
- Do not forge KYC, trading, payment, or review records
- Do not evade compliance, AML, or regulatory obligations
04System attacks and security abuse are prohibited
You may not attack, interfere with, disrupt, or access Finger Manager, Finger Grid, Sargia Inc. systems, or other user data without authorization.

- Unauthorized vulnerability scanning or testing
- Malicious code
- Denial-of-service attacks
- Forged requests, signatures, tokens, or API credentials

05API abuse is prohibited
If you use Finger Manager API, you must comply with API access rules and security requirements. Sargia Inc. may limit, suspend, or investigate abnormal API calls.

- Do not expose API credentials publicly
- No attacks, scans, crawls, or malicious requests

06Privacy and data rights abuse is prohibited
You may not upload, process, view, export, or share unauthorized data through Finger Manager.
- No illegally obtained personal information
- No access to customer data without permission
- No unnecessary data export
- No sharing customer data with unrelated persons
- No unnecessary sensitive information in notes, attachments, or tasks
- No harassment, discrimination, fraud, or illegal marketing
- No violation of data protection rules or privacy laws
07Improper content is prohibited
You may not upload, store, transmit, or process unlawful, harmful, infringing, false, or abusive content through Finger Manager.

08Impersonation and false statements are prohibited
You may not impersonate another person, enterprise, institution, or Sargia Inc.

- No false Sargia Inc. authorization claims
- No misleading customers about financial services

- No deleting, altering, or hiding important operation records
09Enterprise account responsibility
Enterprise customers are responsible for managing members, roles, permissions, data access scope, and use behavior under their accounts.
- Member accounts should be real and used only by the assigned person
- Adjust permissions after departure or role changes
- Assign administrator permissions only to authorized personnel
- Open sensitive data only to members with business need
- Ensure internal processes comply with laws and enterprise policy
- Authorize and review third-party integrations
- Ensure members comply with this policy
10Third-party modules and integrations
If you enable third-party modules or external system integrations, you must ensure lawful purpose, reasonable permissions, lawful data sources, and compliance with enterprise security requirements.

11Enforcement
If Sargia Inc. discovers or reasonably suspects a violation, it may take measures based on the nature, risk, impact, and applicable law.

If you discover Finger Manager being used for unlawful, fraudulent, attacking, privacy-infringing, or other policy-violating conduct, contact Sargia Inc.
