Notification Center
Manage and deliver different notification types to Finger Trader App.
Marquee notification is used to continuously display short, important, and high-visibility messages at the top of the Finger Trader App page or in another configured area.
Unlike a popup, a marquee does not heavily block the user's current interface. It appears as scrolling or persistent text, making it suitable for market reminders, system announcements, campaign messages, risk notices, and other information that should remain visible without interrupting user operations.
Operations staff can create a marquee notification in Finger Manager and configure content, target users, display time, placement, and tap-through rules. After publishing, eligible users can see the marquee in Finger Trader App without a client release.

Notifications configured in Finger Manager can be delivered precisely inside Finger Trader App according to rules, audience, and schedule.
Finger Manager manages marquee creation, configuration, publishing, and App-side display in one workflow.
Operations staff can select the marquee notification type, configure the text and rules, and preview the final result before publishing.
After publishing, the system displays the marquee in the configured Finger Trader App placement according to audience and effective time.
Operations staff first select the Marquee notification type in the notification module.
Marquee is suitable for short messages that should remain visible to users over time.
Common use cases include important market reminders, trading-hour changes, system maintenance notices, product launch notices, campaign information, risk reminders, service status updates, and temporary operational announcements.
When the message should be seen quickly but does not need to interrupt the current user flow, marquee is usually the preferred format.
Operations staff can configure marquee title, body text, target users, user groups, effective time, end time, placement, tap-through URL, whether users can close it, and display priority.
Marquee content should usually remain concise so users can understand the key message quickly.
For example: The US market will open in 10 minutes. Please pay attention to the trading hours.
Another example: The system will undergo maintenance from 02:00 to 02:30, and some services may be temporarily unavailable.
After configuration, operations staff can preview the message before publishing.
Before publishing, operations staff can preview how the marquee appears inside Finger Trader App.
Preview helps confirm placement, text length, scrolling or display effect, whether it affects main page content, close button position, clickable area, and target destination.
If the text is too long, it can be adjusted before release so users can understand the notice quickly.
After configuration, operations staff can publish the marquee directly in Finger Manager.
After publishing, eligible users will see the notice in the configured Finger Trader App placement.
When the configured end time is reached, the marquee automatically stops displaying without manual removal.
For example, if the start time is 09:00 and the end time is 23:59, the system automatically controls marquee visibility within that time range.
Operations staff can also pause or unpublish related content manually before the campaign ends.
Marquee can be configured as an interactive notification, not only a text display.
When users tap the marquee, the App can route them according to the backend configuration.
Supported destinations can include a specific market, product, product details page, market quotes page, news or announcement detail, campaign page, web page, or other supported in-app feature page.
For example, users can tap a US market opening reminder and go directly to the US stocks market page.
In this way, marquee can serve both as a notification tool and as an App traffic entry point.
Marquee can be published to different user scopes, such as all users, specified users, specified customer groups, market users, product users, institutions, regions, or users who match specific conditions.
Different users can see different marquee content at the same time.
This allows institutions to deliver more precise notifications according to customer type, market permission, and operational needs.
When multiple marquees are active at the same time, the system can determine display order according to backend priority and display rules.
High-priority messages can include system exceptions, trading-hour changes, and important risk reminders.
Medium-priority messages can include campaigns, product launches, and important market information.
Normal-priority messages can include brand messages, general campaigns, or content recommendations.
Priority management helps avoid information confusion when multiple notifications are active.
Finger Manager configuration: create marquee, set notification content, set target users, set effective time, set placement, set priority, configure tap-through destination, preview, and publish.
Finger Trader App behavior: fetch the latest configuration, check whether the user matches the audience, check whether the notification is within its active time, display the marquee in the configured placement, route users after tap, and hide it automatically after the end time.
The entire process is controlled centrally from Finger Manager.
Market trading-hour reminders: when US stocks, forex, or other markets are about to open or close, or holiday trading hours change, a marquee can remind users in the relevant market.
System maintenance notice: when the platform plans maintenance or some services may be affected, the marquee can continuously display maintenance time and impact scope.
Market risk reminder: when markets experience significant volatility or other conditions requiring user attention, a top marquee can keep the risk notice visible.
Product and campaign promotion: when an institution launches a product, market, or short-term campaign, the marquee can provide light promotion and route users to the related page.
Temporary operational information: for short-lived information, operations staff can set start and end time in advance, and the system controls the display cycle automatically.
Note: Marquee is a lightweight high-visibility notification method in the Finger Manager dynamic notification system.
Compared with popups, marquee does not significantly interrupt the user's current operation, making it more suitable for short messages that need continuous exposure. Compared with ordinary in-app notifications, it has stronger page-level visibility.
Institutions can adjust content, target users, effective time, and routing rules directly in Finger Manager and synchronize them to Finger Trader App in real time, without modifying the client or releasing a new version.
