Notification Center
Create a message that appears as an unread item in the user's app inbox.
In-App Notification sends messages directly to the Finger Trader App message center or inbox. It is suitable for account reminders, business notices, system messages, product updates, campaign information, and other content that should remain available inside the App for later review.
Unlike Push Notification, the core purpose of an in-app notification is in-app retention and reviewability. After the message is sent, users can see an unread indicator in Finger Trader App and open the inbox to view notification details.
In addition to In-App Notification, operations staff can also choose SMS or Email as supplemental channels when needed, so the same important message can reach users through multiple paths.
Create a message that appears as an unread item in the user's app inbox.
Notifications configured in Finger Manager can be delivered precisely inside Finger Trader App according to rules, audience, and schedule.
Operations staff can create an In-App Notification in Finger Manager and configure the title, body content, target users, send time, and destination page after opening the message.
After publication, eligible users receive the corresponding message inside Finger Trader App.
When unread messages exist, the App can remind users through the message icon, badge count, or unread state.
Operations staff first select In-App Notification in the notification center.
In-App Notification is suitable for messages that users need to keep, read, or review later, such as account notices, service status reminders, system messages, product updates, trading-related reminders, campaign notifications, customer service messages, and institutional business notices.
Compared with popups or marquees, In-App Notification does not forcefully cover the user's current operation. Instead, it is saved in the message center.
Operations staff can set the main notification content, including notification title, body, target users, send time, message category, destination page after opening, whether to send immediately, whether to schedule sending, and whether to synchronize other notification channels.
After the message is sent, the system stores it in the in-app message list for each target user.
In-App Notification supports unread state management.
When a user receives a new notification, Finger Trader App can show an unread count, badge, red dot, or new-message state at the message entry.
For example, a message icon showing 1 means the current user has one unread in-app notification.
After the user opens the notification, the system can update that message to read. This unread mechanism helps users clearly identify which notifications have not yet been viewed.
When the user taps the message entry in Finger Trader App, the in-app inbox opens and displays received notifications.
The notification list can show title, message summary, publish time, message type, and read or unread state.
After tapping a specific notification, the user can open the detail page to read the full content.
If the notification has a target page configured, the user can continue to a related product, market, announcement, or business page.
For messages with higher importance, operations staff can select additional delivery channels when sending an In-App Notification.
Finger Manager can support delivering the same notification through In-App, SMS, and Email.
In-App saves the message in the Finger Trader App message center so users can view it after logging in.
SMS sends a short reminder to the user's registered phone number.
Email sends the notification to the user's registered email address and can be used for more complete business explanations.
By combining channels, teams can choose the appropriate reach method based on notification priority.
When operations staff select In-App Notification plus SMS, Finger Manager creates an in-app message, retrieves the registered phone number for each target user, and sends an SMS reminder through the SMS service.
The user can receive a short reminder by SMS and then log in to the App to read the full notification content.
This combination is suitable for important account reminders, urgent business notices, service changes, important operation reminders, and high-priority customer notifications.
SMS is usually used for concise reminders, while the complete content can remain available inside the App.
When operations staff select In-App Notification plus Email, Finger Manager creates the in-app message, retrieves each target user's registered email address, and sends the email.
The user receives the reminder or complete content by email and can also view the message inside Finger Trader App.
This combination is suitable for formal business notices, account information changes, service rule adjustments, product notices, and information that should be retained for longer periods.
Email can carry more complete content, while In-App Notification provides a unified message record for the user.
For especially important messages, operations staff can use all three channels at the same time.
Finger Manager creates one notification, selects target users, selects In-App Notification, checks SMS and Email, then executes sending.
The system then saves the in-app message in Finger Trader App, sends an SMS reminder to registered phone numbers, and sends an email to registered email addresses.
This can improve the reach coverage of important notices.
In-App Notification supports different send-time strategies.
Immediate sending creates the in-app message for target users as soon as operations staff publish it. It is suitable for temporary business notices, system exception reminders, instant account information, and sudden market information.
Scheduled sending lets operations staff set a future date and time, and the system sends the message automatically at that time. It is suitable for market opening reminders, campaign start reminders, service maintenance notices, holiday arrangements, and product launch notices.
If SMS or Email is enabled at the same time, the system can execute those supplemental channels according to the corresponding send rules.
In-App Notification focuses on saving messages inside Finger Trader App. It provides an in-app message record, supports unread state, lets users review messages later, and is suitable for business notices and account messages. It can also be combined with SMS or Email.
Push Notification focuses on proactive reminders through the phone operating system. It can appear on the lock screen or system notification center even when the user has not opened the App, and it is more suitable for urgent reminders. Tapping the notification can reopen the App.
The two methods can be used together. For example, an important notice can use In-App Notification to preserve full content and Push Notification to remind the user to open the App. For higher-priority information, SMS or Email can be added as well.
In Finger Manager, operations staff create the In-App Notification, set the title and body, select target users, set the send time, configure the open target, choose whether to send SMS or Email at the same time, and publish.
In Finger Trader App, the user receives the in-app notification, the message entry shows an unread indicator, the user opens the inbox, views the notification list, opens the notification detail, the message is updated to read, and the user can continue to the configured related page.
Optional supplemental channels can send SMS to the registered phone number or Email to the registered email address.
Account notices: when a user's account status, permissions, or other account information changes, an in-app notification can be generated and, depending on importance, synchronized to SMS or Email.
Trading and business reminders: business information that users should view but does not require a forced popup can be retained in the in-app inbox.
System notifications: system upgrades, feature changes, or service adjustments can be sent to the user's in-app inbox.
High-priority notifications: important messages can use In-App Notification, Push, SMS, and Email together to form multi-channel reach.
Customer operations: institutions can send different in-app messages by customer group to support segmented customer operations.
Note: In-App Notification is a persistent notification capability within the Finger Manager message center.
After publication, messages are stored in the Finger Trader App user inbox and support unread state and later review.
For important information, operations staff can add SMS or Email as supplemental reach channels, forming a multi-channel notification system across in-app messages, system push, SMS, and email.
The operator selects the In-App notification type in the notification center.
The form switches to inbox delivery settings.Set the title, message content, target users, send time, unread state, and open target.
The message is ready to send. After sending, the app bell shows 1 to indicate a new unread inbox message.
The user sees the unread badge on the bell. The user taps the bell, enters the inbox, and sees the unread message sent from Manager.
The app inbox matches the Manager delivery result.
