Notification Center
Create a push notification and deliver it to the user's device through APNS.
Push Notification is used to send important messages directly to the user's phone system notification area through APNs or another push service.
Even when the user is not currently using Finger Trader App, the system can still deliver information to the phone notification center or lock screen as long as the device allows notifications.
Operations staff can create push tasks in Finger Manager, configure title, body, target users, send time, and tap-through destination, then send the message to selected user devices.
Push Notification is especially suitable for proactive user reach, such as market reminders, system notices, campaign reminders, trading-hour reminders, and other time-sensitive operational messages.

Notifications configured in Finger Manager can be delivered precisely inside Finger Trader App according to rules, audience, and schedule.
Finger Manager centrally manages Push Notification creation, target user selection, send time, and content configuration.
After configuration, operations staff can send immediately or schedule the notification for a future time.
After sending, the message is delivered to user devices through the corresponding mobile operating system push service.
For iOS devices, notifications can be delivered through Apple Push Notification service, also known as APNs.
Operations staff first select the Push Notification type in the notification module.
Unlike in-app announcements, marquees, or popups, push notifications do not require the user to be actively using Finger Trader App.
This makes push suitable for proactive reminders about specific events.
Common scenarios include market opening reminders, trading-hour changes, important system notices, product or campaign reminders, service maintenance notices, account-related reminders, market information reminders, and other time-sensitive messages.
Operations staff can configure the main content of a push notification, including push title, push body, target users, send time, tap-through destination, push platform, push priority, and related business type.
The push body should remain concise so users can quickly understand the message directly from the phone notification area.
For example, title: Market alert. Content: US market opens in 10 minutes. Tap to view watchlist.
The user can see this notification before entering the App.
Push Notification can be sent to different user scopes according to business needs.
Target scopes can include all users, specified users, specified customer groups, institutions, market users, product users, regional users, device platforms, or users who match specific conditions.
Targeting helps avoid sending unnecessary notifications to unrelated customers.
For example, a US market opening reminder can be sent only to users who use the US stocks market or follow related products.
Operations staff can choose how the notification should be sent.
Immediate sending delivers the Push Notification to target users right after configuration. It is suitable for temporary market reminders, urgent system notices, sudden business information, and real-time campaign messages.
Scheduled sending lets operations staff set a future date and time. The system automatically performs the push at the specified time.
Scheduled sending is suitable for market opening reminders, campaign start reminders, system maintenance reminders, holiday trading schedules, and planned operational campaigns.
With scheduled sending, operations staff can complete configuration in advance without returning to the console at the actual send time.
After successful delivery, the notification appears in the user's phone system notification area.
Depending on the device and system settings, the notification may appear on the lock screen, notification center, top notification banner, App icon badge, or another system notification area.
Users can see push content without actively opening Finger Trader App.
The exact display behavior depends on the user's device, operating system, and notification permission settings.
Push Notification can include a tap-through destination.
When the user taps the phone system notification, Finger Trader App can open and route the user to the configured page.
Possible destinations include App home, a specific market, a specific product, quote details, announcement details, campaign page, message center, or another in-app page.
For example, when a user taps a notification that says the US market will open in 10 minutes, the App can take the user directly to the US market or related quote page.
In this way, Push Notification is both a reminder and an entry point for users to return to the App.
For iOS, a typical push flow starts in Finger Manager, where operations staff create the notification, choose target users, set content, set send time, and execute delivery.
The Finger backend identifies target user devices, obtains corresponding push tokens, and submits the notification payload to APNs.
Apple APNs receives the push request, locates user devices by device token, and delivers the notification to the user's iPhone.
The user device receives the system notification, displays it on the lock screen or notification center, and opens Finger Trader App with the configured route when the user taps it.
Push Notification is mainly used to proactively reach users outside the App. Users do not need to open the App, it can appear on the lock screen and system notification center, it supports scheduled sending, it is suitable for time-sensitive reminders, and tapping it can bring users back into the App.
Announcement is mainly used for information that should remain available inside the App and can be reviewed later. It supports historical content and longer body text, making it more suitable for formal notices.
Marquee is mainly used for continuous display after the user has entered the App. It provides high page visibility, does not significantly interrupt operations, and is more suitable for short messages.
Popup is mainly used for strong in-app reminders. It has high exposure and usually requires the user to close it or take action.
Different notification methods can be combined to form a complete user reach system.
Market opening reminder: send reminders before US stocks, forex, or other markets open, and allow users to tap into the relevant market.
System maintenance reminder: proactively notify affected users before planned maintenance begins.
Campaign start reminder: for scheduled campaigns, product releases, IPO-related events, or feature launches, push notifications can be scheduled before the start time.
Important business notice: when users need to pay attention to a business change in time, Push Notification can improve immediate reach.
User re-engagement: when users should return to the App to view related content, Push Notification can use a deep link to guide them directly to the target page.
Note: Push Notification is the out-of-app proactive reach capability in the Finger Manager message and notification system.
Institutions can use Finger Manager to centrally configure push content, target users, send time, and tap-through rules, then deliver messages to user devices through APNs and other mobile operating system push services.
Push Notification works together with in-app announcements, marquees, and popups to form a complete message reach system, allowing institutions to choose the right notification method according to importance, time sensitivity, and user app state.
The operator selects the Push notification type in Notification Center.
The form switches to APNS delivery settings.Set the push title, message, APNS channel, target audience, send time, and tap URL.
The push notification is ready to send. When the operator sends it, Finger Manager hands the payload to APNS and the phone receives a system push banner.
The user sees the notification at the top of the phone.
