Notification Center
Select a specific user from the user list and deliver a modal popup only to that account.
Targeted Users lets operations staff send a notification to selected users instead of broadcasting it to all users.
In Finger Manager, operators can choose one or more target users and deliver popups, announcements, marquees, in-app notifications, Push Notification, Email, or SMS only to those users.
This is suitable for account-level notices, VIP customer communication, specific customer operations, individual business reminders, and information that should not be published globally.

Visible only to Aki Tanaka · U-1028 View next stepNotifications configured in Finger Manager can be delivered precisely inside Finger Trader App according to rules, audience, and schedule.
When creating a notification, operations staff can set the audience scope to Targeted Users.
After selecting this mode, Finger Manager lets operators search for and add the users who should receive this notification.
Only selected users will receive or see the notification. Other users are not affected.
For example, if the operator selects Aki Tanaka, the notification is delivered only to Aki Tanaka and not to other Finger Trader users.
When creating a notification, open the audience configuration and select Targeted Users.
The system then enters user selection mode. Operations staff can search for existing customer information and add matching users to the recipient list.
Operators can search for the target user by name, User ID, customer number, login account, email, phone number, institution information, or other supported identifiers.
After finding the user, the operator can add that user to the target list.
Finger Manager supports both single-user selection and multi-user selection.
Selecting one user is suitable for individual customer notices. Selecting multiple users is suitable for small-scale customer operations or business reminders.
Before sending, operations staff should confirm the target users for this notification.
Finger Manager can show the selected user information and total count, so the operator can verify the delivery scope.
For example: Target users: 1, Aki Tanaka.
For account, trading, or other important information, operators should confirm the target list again before publishing to avoid sending a message to the wrong user.
After selecting users, operations staff continue configuring the notification content.
Depending on the selected notification type, the operator can set title, body, image, CTA, destination URL, publish time, display time, and notification channel.
User targeting only decides who receives the notification. How the notification is displayed depends on the selected notification type.
User targeting can be combined with multiple Finger Manager notification capabilities.
Targeted Users plus Popup displays the modal only to selected users in Finger Trader App.
Targeted Users plus In-App Notification creates an inbox message only for selected users.
Targeted Users plus Push Notification sends system push only to the selected users' registered devices.
Targeted Users plus Email sends email only to selected users' registered email addresses.
Targeted Users plus SMS sends SMS only to selected users' registered phone numbers.
Targeted Users plus Announcement can make an announcement visible only to selected users instead of publishing it to all customers.
User targeting is especially useful for account-level or customer-level messages.
For example, if account information needs to be updated, operators can send an In-App Notification and Email only to the relevant customer.
If one customer needs to complete additional verification, the notice can be sent only to that user without affecting other customers.
VIP campaigns and customer service follow-up messages can also be sent to specific users only.
These notices are not suitable for global delivery, so targeted users provide precise control.
In addition to a single user, operators can select multiple specified users at once.
For example, the same notification can be sent to five key customers, twenty campaign participants, a manually selected customer set, or a small group involved in a specific business item.
The selected users can be added to the target list and notified together, without creating a separate notification for each user.
All users sends a notification to every user that matches the base conditions. It is suitable for platform announcements, global campaigns, system maintenance, and broad operational notices.
Targeted Users sends a notification only to users explicitly selected by operations staff. It is suitable for individual account notices, customer service, VIP operations, special business reminders, and precise customer reach.
Before sending a notification, operators should choose the correct audience scope based on the nature of the message.
User targeting directly specifies exact users, such as Aki Tanaka, John Smith, or Charles Schwab Account 001. It is suitable when the operator already knows who should receive the notice.
User groups send to a predefined set of users or business conditions, such as VIP users, US stock users, Japan-region customers, or campaign participants.
In simple terms: user targeting means specific people; user groups means a category of people.
Targeted notifications are matched independently by target user.
Users who are not in the target list will not see the content.
For example, if an in-app notification is sent only to user A, user A can see it in the message center, while user B cannot.
This mechanism is suitable for customer-specific information and helps avoid unrelated users receiving incorrect content.
For notices involving account information or other sensitive business data, operations staff should still follow the institution's internal permissions and data management rules.
In Finger Manager, the operator creates a notification, selects Targeted Users, searches users, adds target users, confirms the recipient list, configures notification content, and publishes.
The backend reads the target user IDs, creates the relationship between the notification and those users, and distributes the content only to the selected users.
In Finger Trader App, the user logs in, retrieves notifications belonging to the current user, checks whether targeted content exists, and then sees the notification.
Other users who were not selected do not receive the content.
User targeting can also be combined with multi-channel notifications.
For example, one selected user can receive In-App Notification, Push, Email, and SMS at the same time.
Finger Manager uses the same target user and looks up the App account, Push Token, Email, and phone number, then sends through the enabled channels.
Operations staff only need to select the target user once to complete unified delivery across multiple notification channels.
Customer account reminders: send dedicated notices about account status, data updates, or service items to one customer.
VIP customer operations: show exclusive campaigns, product information, or service content to selected important customers.
Customer service: support or operations staff can send follow-up instructions directly to a specific customer.
Individual business items: when a business matter only involves a small number of users, operators can select concrete users directly without creating a full user group.
Precise operations: manually selected potential or key customers can be reached through small-scale targeted campaigns.
Note: User targeting is a precise distribution capability in the Finger Manager notification system.
Operations staff can select one or more target users when sending a notification, so the content reaches only selected users and does not affect other customers.
This capability can be combined with Popup, Announcement, Marquee, In-App Notification, Push Notification, Email, and SMS to support both individual customer notices and small-scale precise operations.
The operator clicks the audience field and opens the user list in Manager.
The available users are displayed before publishing. The operator selects Aki Tanaka from the list, so the popup is scoped to one account.
Non-selected users will not see the popup. After publishing, the selected user's app shows the popup. Other users are not affected.
Targeting controls exactly who sees the popup.
