Push
Finger Manager provides mobile message push capability for system notifications, business reminders, trading-related notifications, and other App messages.
The system currently has native integrations with Apple and Google mobile push services, covering iOS and Android devices.
After the institution completes the related application and push credential configuration, Finger Manager can send push messages to the corresponding App users.

Native push services
Finger Manager currently supports Apple Push Notification service (APNs) for sending App push notifications to Apple devices such as iPhone and iPad.
It also supports Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) for sending App push notifications to Android devices.
After the required app and push credentials are configured, the institution can send push messages to corresponding App users through Finger Manager.
Other push services
Other than Apple APNs and Google FCM, Finger Manager does not pre-integrate every third-party push service by default.
If an institution needs another push service because of country, device ecosystem, or business requirements, it can connect one according to actual needs.
Examples include vendor-owned push services, regional third-party push platforms, enterprise internal push systems, self-hosted Push Gateway, or other third-party notification services.
Finger Manager can hand notification events to the institution's own push system through API or system integration.
Custom integration
Institutions with existing message infrastructure can continue using their current push system instead of migrating to Finger Manager's default push services.
A typical process is: Finger Manager generates a notification event, sends the message to the institution's specified endpoint, the institution-owned push system processes it, a third-party or device-vendor push service delivers it, and the user device receives the notification.
This allows the institution to choose the actual push service according to its technical architecture, regional requirements, and vendor strategy.
Use cases
Push can be used for system notifications, account reminders, order status notifications, execution notifications, deposit and withdrawal reminders, KYC / KYB status notifications, campaign and operations notifications, risk alerts, and custom business messages.
Specific message content and trigger rules can be configured according to institutional business requirements.

Finger Manager provides message management, triggering, and push integration capability.
Apple and Google push services are provided by their respective third-party platforms. Actual delivery time, device display behavior, and push limitations may be affected by the operating system, device settings, network status, and third-party service rules.
If an institution needs to integrate push services other than Apple or Google, it can do so through API or custom integration.
Push settings define how Finger Manager reaches mobile devices through APNs, FCM, or institution-owned push systems.
The configuration should match the institution's mobile app, device ecosystem, regional requirements, and existing messaging infrastructure.

Manager uses APNs for Apple devices and FCM for Android devices after the related app and push credentials are configured.
The Organization has standard mobile push rails for iOS and Android. -
If the institution uses another push service, Manager can hand notification events to the institution's own Push Gateway through API or system integration.
The institution can keep its existing message infrastructure when required. -
Before production use, the administrator sends a test push to a registered iOS or Android device and checks device delivery.
A successful test confirms that the push channel can be used for notifications.
