Customer details

Review identity, account, and relationship information in customer details.

The customer detail page is usually opened from Customer Management -> Customer List. It centralizes a single customer's basic identity data, account status, organization relationship, and available management actions.

This page is a core information page in customer management. Operations staff, customer managers, and authorized administrators can quickly confirm the customer's identity, account status, and business relationship before entering related management functions.

01 Enter from the customer list

Find the target customer in Customer Management -> Customer List, then click the customer name, UID, or a view-details entry to open the customer detail page.

The top of the page displays the customer's main identifying information. Before modifying profile data, changing relationships, or taking other management actions, first confirm that the current page belongs to the intended customer.

Customer name The customer name or display name used for identification.
Customer UID The unique customer identifier in Finger Manager.
Avatar The profile image or default avatar shown for this customer.
Current status The current business or account state of the customer.

02 Review base information

The Base Info area shows the customer's core identity and account-opening information in the system.

Different institutions may enable different customer fields. The actual content shown depends on the current organization's business configuration and permission settings.

Email The customer's registered or bound email address.
User number / UID The unique user identifier assigned by Finger Manager, used for internal search, API calls, and customer identification.
Real name The name submitted by the customer or confirmed through identity verification.
Account-opening status The customer's account-opening review status, such as pending review, approved, or rejected.
Pilot status Shows whether the customer has entered a specified pilot, test, or business stage.
Created time The time when the customer account was first created.

03 Review account and organization relationships

The Account Info area is used to review the customer's current business organization, account state, and relationship context.

Through this area, back-office users can quickly understand who the customer is, who brought the customer in, which institution they belong to, which broker currently serves them, and what account state they are in.

Maker The main institution, business entity, or customer source that the customer belongs to.
Broker The broker, trading institution, or business counter associated with the customer.
Inviter The user, agent, employee, or business relationship that invited this customer into the system.
Customer group The customer's group, used for segmentation, permission management, business strategy, or operations.
Account status Shows whether the account is normal, frozen, disabled, or in another state.
Last updated The most recent update time for the customer profile or account relationship.

04 Authorized actions

The bottom of the customer detail page displays management actions according to the current user's permissions.

Available actions depend on the institution's enabled features, the current user's role, and data permissions.

Edit IB relationship Modify the customer's inviter, IB, agent, or other business relationship. After the change, the new relationship can be applied to follow-up customer management, business statistics, or related workflows according to system configuration.
View operation records Open the customer's operation record page to review management actions previously performed on this customer.
Audit context Operation records help confirm who performed an action, what was changed, when it happened, the before-and-after state, and whether abnormal or repeated operations occurred.

05 Permissions and data scope

Customer details are not fully visible or editable to every back-office user.

Finger Manager decides which customers can be viewed and which actions can be performed based on Role + Permission + Data Scope. Therefore, different accounts may see different information and available actions on the same customer detail page.

Administrator May be able to view all customers in the organization.
Broker Manager May only view customers under the assigned broker.
IB or agent May only view customers under their own relationship or authorized scope.
Operations user May only have view permission and no permission to modify customer relationships.

06 Typical use cases

The customer detail page is commonly used for identity confirmation, relationship review, account troubleshooting, and internal customer management.

Customer identity confirmation Confirm UID, name, email, and account-opening status before handling customer questions, applications, or business requests.
Relationship confirmation Confirm the customer's current Maker, Broker, inviter, or customer group.
Customer relationship adjustment Modify the customer's IB, agent, or other business relationship when authorized.
Account issue investigation Use account status, recent update time, and operation records to investigate why a customer cannot use a service normally.
Internal customer management Customer managers and operations staff can quickly understand the customer's current business relationship and account state.

Usage note

Customer detail is a core customer profile page inside the Manager back office.

Before modifying customer relationships, changing account state, or taking any action that may affect a customer's business relationship, review the sequence: customer identity -> UID -> current organization relationship -> current account status -> operation permission.

After confirmation, proceed with the follow-up management action. Depending on institution configuration, changes involving customer data or business relationships can be recorded in operation logs for later audit and issue tracing.

  1. Customer detail is normally opened after locating a customer in the list. The page path confirms which customer record is being reviewed.

The operator confirms the target customer before reviewing data.
  2. Base information includes email, user number, real name, account opening status, pilot status, and creation time.

The team can verify the customer's core identity and status.
  3. Account information shows the customer's maker, broker, inviter, group, account status, and recent update state.

Relationship context is visible before follow-up operations.
  4. Actions such as editing IB relationship or viewing operation records depend on the current role and data scope.

Customer operations remain controlled by role permissions.
