Login Popup

Login Popup is used to show important notices, campaign information, brand content, or other messages that need to reach users before sign-in on the Finger Trader App login page.

Operations staff can create and manage login popups directly in Finger Manager, including display content, image, target audience, display time, and tap-through URL. After publishing, eligible users see the content when they enter the Finger Trader App login screen without a client release.

Unlike regular popups, Login Popup appears before users complete sign-in, making it suitable for information that requires broad coverage and priority exposure.

Publish a login popup from Manager to Finger Trader App

Finger Manager manages login popup creation, configuration, publishing, and App-side display in one workflow.

After the back-office configuration is complete, the system displays the configured content to eligible users on the Finger Trader App login page according to display rules.

Operations staff can modify, pause, or unpublish a login popup at any time, and the App-side display updates according to the latest back-office configuration.

01 Select Login Popup

Operations staff first select the Login Popup notification type in the notification module.

Login Popup is mainly used to reach users when they enter the Finger Trader App but have not yet completed sign-in.

It can be used for platform-level notices, brand content, campaigns, new product launches, system maintenance notices, service rule changes, important market information, or other content that should be displayed before sign-in.

Login Popup and regular in-app popup can be configured separately and do not affect each other.

02 Configure content and display rules

Operations staff can configure title, body content, image, CTA button, tap-through URL, start time, end time, display frequency, target users or regions, and whether the popup can be dismissed.

For important information intended for all App users, Login Popup can also be configured for unified display.

Display rules control when and how frequently the popup appears, helping avoid excessive repeated exposure of the same content.

03 Preview login page display

Before publishing, operations staff can preview how the popup appears on the Finger Trader App login page.

Preview helps confirm popup position, image size, title and body layout, login-page overlay, CTA button placement, close button, and tap-through routing logic.

After preview confirmation, formal publishing can reduce configuration mistakes or display issues.

04 Publish and reach users before sign-in

After configuration is complete, the operator publishes the login popup in Finger Manager.

After publishing, users who match the display conditions see the popup when entering the Finger Trader App login page.

Depending on the configuration, users can close the popup and continue sign-in, tap the image for details, tap the CTA button, enter a campaign page, or view notice content.

The process does not require a client version update. Institutions can change login-page content whenever needed, making the login entry a dynamically managed information channel.

Difference between Login Popup and regular popup

Login Popup is mainly shown before users sign in. It is suitable for global notices, platform-level campaigns, brand content, service changes, maintenance notices, and broad-reach messages.

Regular popup is mainly shown after users enter the App, on configured pages or in configured scenarios. It is suitable for product promotion, page guidance, segmented operations, specific customer reach, feature reminders, and trading-related prompts.

The two popup types can be configured separately or combined according to the institution's operation strategy.

Manager and App synchronization

Manager configuration flow: create login popup -> set title, body, and image -> set display time -> set target scope -> configure frequency -> configure tap-through target -> preview -> publish.

Finger Trader App flow: user opens App -> enters login page -> fetches latest notification configuration -> checks display conditions -> shows Login Popup -> user closes or taps -> continues sign-in or routes to configured content.

Typical use cases

Important platform notice When an institution needs to publish service changes, rule updates, or other important messages to a large group of App users, Login Popup can show the content before sign-in.
System maintenance notice For planned maintenance, service upgrades, or temporary feature unavailability, Login Popup can explain maintenance time and affected services in advance.
Brand and campaign promotion For market campaigns, new product releases, or brand content requiring high exposure, the login entry can provide broad visibility.
Service migration or version notice When systems migrate, functions are upgraded, or users need to pay attention to specific service changes, Login Popup can explain the changes before sign-in.
Regional operations For different countries, regions, or business entities, Manager rules can display different login popups so users see content related to their market.

Login Popup is part of Finger Manager's dynamic content management capability.

Institutions can continuously adjust login-page notification content, display periods, target scope, and routing logic from Manager without modifying the Finger Trader App client.

For information that needs to reach users before they enter the trading system, Login Popup provides a higher-priority display entry than ordinary in-app notifications.

  1. The operator selects the Login popup notification type inside Communication.

The form switches to popup-specific settings.
  2. Set title, message, target audience, display rule, image URL, and click URL.

The popup is ready to preview.
  3. Preview confirms how the image popup appears above the Finger Trader App page and where users can tap.

The operator checks the final user-facing modal.
  4. After publishing, eligible users see the popup on the login page and can close it, tap the image, or follow the CTA.

The campaign reaches users without an app release.
