Customer list

The customer list is used to view and manage customer accounts that have entered Finger Manager.

This page belongs to the Customer Management module and is mainly used by operations, customer service, compliance, and other authorized back-office users. Through the customer list, back-office users can quickly search customer records, confirm account-opening and Pilot status, and then enter customer detail for follow-up management.

Query customers

The top of the page provides multiple query fields to help back-office users quickly locate a specific customer.

For example, when a customer contacts the back office with an email address, mobile number, or customer number, the user can search with that identifier directly instead of manually browsing the full customer list.

Customer number Search by the customer's internal account identifier.
User name Search by the customer name or username.
Mobile number Search by registered mobile number.
Email Search by registered email address.
Account-opening status Filter customers by account application or onboarding progress.
Pilot status Filter customers by Pilot, test environment, product feature, or institutional access status.

Customer list

Query results are displayed in the customer list below the search area. The list shows basic identity information and current status so back-office users can quickly understand which stage the customer is in.

The status labels shown on the page can be configured according to the institution's own business process.

Customer name The display name or real name used to identify the customer.
Customer number The internal customer identifier.
Email and mobile Contact fields used for search and customer service follow-up.
Account-opening status Shows the customer's account application or onboarding status.
Pilot status Shows whether a Pilot, test environment, product feature, or institution-specific capability is enabled.
Created time Shows when the customer record entered the system.

Common status meanings

The customer list may display different status values for account opening, Pilot access, or other business workflows.

Approved The process has been reviewed and approved.
Pending review Customer data has entered the system, but the relevant review is not complete.
Not enabled The corresponding feature or service has not been enabled for this customer.
Rejected The application or review did not pass.
Closed The corresponding feature or account is currently closed.

Account-opening status

Account-opening status indicates the customer's current account application or onboarding stage. Back-office users can quickly distinguish stages such as Pending review -> Approved or Pending review -> Rejected.

If Finger Manager is connected to the institution's account-opening, KYC / KYB, or other review systems, related processing results can also be synchronized into the customer record for unified review.

Pilot status

Pilot status indicates whether the customer has access to a corresponding Pilot, test environment, product feature, or institution-specific configuration.

Pilot status and account-opening status can exist independently. For example, a customer may have completed account-opening review, but a specific Pilot feature is not yet enabled: Account-opening status: Approved; Pilot status: Not enabled.

This helps back-office users clearly separate the customer's account state from product or service access state.

Enter customer detail

The customer list is not only used to view basic records. Back-office users can enter a customer's detail page from the list and continue managing information related to that customer.

Which fields can be viewed or modified depends on the current back-office user's role and permissions.

Basic information Customer identity and profile fields.
Contact and onboarding records Contact data, account-opening records, and KYC / KYB information.
Account and product access Account status, product access, trading access, market access, and Pilot access.
Records and custom fields Account relationships, historical operation records, and institution-defined fields.

Customer status management

Finger Manager keeps customer profiles and customer business status in the same back-office system.

Back-office users do not need to enter multiple systems separately to confirm who the customer is, whether account opening has passed, whether a feature is enabled, or which review stage the customer is currently in. They can make a quick judgment from the customer list and then enter customer detail for further processing.

Data export

Depending on institution configuration and the current user's permissions, the customer list can support export.

For customer data that contains personal information, whether export is allowed and which fields are included can be controlled through Finger Manager's roles and permissions system.

Operations management Use exported data for internal operating workflows.
Customer service Support customer follow-up and case handling.
Compliance review Support internal compliance checks and record review.
Statistics and archive Use data for analysis, reporting, and internal archiving.

Permission control

The customer list contains back-office customer data, so not every Manager user can view or operate all customer information.

Institutions can configure different permissions for different roles. The same customer list page can show different data scope and available actions after different roles sign in.

Customer service Can query customer information, but may not modify key account status.
Operations Can view customer status and perform certain business operations.
Compliance Can view review materials and related records.
Administrator Can have more complete customer management permissions.

In short: the customer list is the unified customer entry in Finger Manager. It is used to quickly search customers, review account-opening and product status, and enter customer detail for follow-up management.

  1. Use customer number, mobile number, email, maker number, IB number, or inviter number to narrow the list before operating.

The operator finds the target customer quickly.
  2. The list keeps identity, contact, account closure state, IB relationship, inviter, and submission time in one table.

The operator understands customer state before opening detail.
  3. Clicking a row opens customer detail. Users with management permission can also edit IB relationship, auto throw settings, or personal commission settings.

The list becomes the entry point for customer operations.
  4. Export is available only to authorized roles. Exported data should follow the organization's data handling rules.

Customer data export remains controlled and traceable.
