Customer details
Review identity, account, and relationship information in customer details.
The customer detail page is usually opened from Customer Management -> Customer List. It centralizes a single customer's basic identity data, account status, organization relationship, and available management actions.
This page is a core information page in customer management. Operations staff, customer managers, and authorized administrators can quickly confirm the customer's identity, account status, and business relationship before entering related management functions.

01 Enter from the customer list
Find the target customer in Customer Management -> Customer List, then click the customer name, UID, or a view-details entry to open the customer detail page.
The top of the page displays the customer's main identifying information. Before modifying profile data, changing relationships, or taking other management actions, first confirm that the current page belongs to the intended customer.
02 Review base information
The Base Info area shows the customer's core identity and account-opening information in the system.
Different institutions may enable different customer fields. The actual content shown depends on the current organization's business configuration and permission settings.
03 Review account and organization relationships
The Account Info area is used to review the customer's current business organization, account state, and relationship context.
Through this area, back-office users can quickly understand who the customer is, who brought the customer in, which institution they belong to, which broker currently serves them, and what account state they are in.
04 Authorized actions
The bottom of the customer detail page displays management actions according to the current user's permissions.
Available actions depend on the institution's enabled features, the current user's role, and data permissions.
05 Permissions and data scope
Customer details are not fully visible or editable to every back-office user.
Finger Manager decides which customers can be viewed and which actions can be performed based on Role + Permission + Data Scope. Therefore, different accounts may see different information and available actions on the same customer detail page.
06 Typical use cases
The customer detail page is commonly used for identity confirmation, relationship review, account troubleshooting, and internal customer management.
Usage note
Customer detail is a core customer profile page inside the Manager back office.
Before modifying customer relationships, changing account state, or taking any action that may affect a customer's business relationship, review the sequence: customer identity -> UID -> current organization relationship -> current account status -> operation permission.
After confirmation, proceed with the follow-up management action. Depending on institution configuration, changes involving customer data or business relationships can be recorded in operation logs for later audit and issue tracing.
